🏢 1. Company Overview & Services
- EHD-Travel: A fully licensed and registered travel agency in Egypt organizing premium excursions and tours.
- Our Services: Includes day trips, customized tour packages, private airport transfers, and water sports.
💳 2. Bookings & Confirmations
- ⏱️ Processing: Written confirmation will be issued within 24 hours of your request.
- 💰 Finalization: Bookings are only guaranteed once the required deposit or full payment is successfully processed.
- 🪪 Required Info: Clients must provide full legal names (as in passport), nationalities, and valid passport copies.
❌ 3. Cancellation & Modification Policy
- 🛑 Client Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- 🌧️ Company Cancellation: EHD-Travel reserves the right to cancel tours due to safety, extreme weather, or failure to meet the minimum group size (4 people). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- ⚙️ Modifications: Changes to bookings depend on availability and may incur an administrative fee of $25 USD per person.
🛡️ 4. Liability & Insurance
- 🤝 Our Role: EHD-Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, restaurants).
- ⚠️ Limitation: We are not liable for personal accidents, illnesses, theft, loss of personal belongings, or delays beyond our control.
- 🏥 Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering medical expenses and trip cancellations before arrival.
🛂 5. Entry Requirements & Documents
- 🛂 Passports: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned return date.
- 📑 Visas: Obtaining the correct Egyptian tourist visa is the sole responsibility of the client. EHD-Travel is not responsible for entry denials by authorities.
🐫 6. Special Conditions & Advice
- ☀️ Climate: Egypt features a warm desert climate. We recommend light clothing, high SPF sun protection, staying hydrated, and dressing modestly when visiting religious sites.
- 🥕 Dietary Needs: Special dietary requests (e.g., vegetarian, halal) must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
⚖️ 7. Support & Legal Provisions
- 📞 Customer Care: We provide 24/7 emergency support to assistance you during your stay in Egypt.
- 📩 Complaints: Any issues must be reported immediately to your guide. Formal written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of tour completion.
- ⚖️ Governing Law: These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
